Privacy Policy — (Re)Servert

(Re)Servert is a reservation management platform for restaurants, cafés, bars, food trucks, and pop-ups in Scandinavia. We take your privacy seriously and comply with GDPR.

Data We Collect

• Guest data: Name, phone number, number of guests, booking date and time. This is provided by the guest when making a reservation.
• Restaurant data: Restaurant name, phone number, opening hours, booking settings.

Data Retention

All reservation data (guest name, phone number, number of guests) is automatically deleted the day after the booking date. This ensures no personal data is retained longer than necessary.

Restaurant account data is retained as long as the account is active. Upon deactivation, all associated data is removed.

SMS Communications

SMS messages (OTP codes and booking confirmations) are sent via our SMS provider (46elks). Your phone number is used solely for sending these messages and is not shared with third parties.

Data Isolation

Each restaurant can only access its own reservations. Booking pages only expose availability (available slots), never reservation details of other guests.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since reservation data is automatically deleted daily, most requests are handled automatically. For account-level data, contact the restaurant directly.
